Kosher Food, Holistic Health & Nourishing the Body, Home and Spirit
Milk and Honey at Home is a space I created to slow down and document my journey into a new chapter built with intention.
It is rooted in nourishment of the mind, body, and spirit – and the quiet, sometimes messy process of growing and becoming.
To me, cooking and weekly rituals are integral to spiritual growth. They are acts of devotion that ground me in the present by gently interrupting the rhythm of everyday life.
Here, I will share kosher recipes, holistic approaches to wellness, and the process of building a home in a new place while navigating spiritual growth and change.

Nourishment, Home & Growth
Nourishment, to me, means holistic care for the entire person. From what we consume to what we produce, each step requires intention.
Holistic living is not about perfection. It is paying attention to how food, routine, faith and rest contribute to our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing over time.
Spiritual growth depends on caring for both body and soul, through nourishing meals, holistic remedies, and meaningful rituals woven into daily life.
Why Milk & Honey?
Milk and honey symbolize nourishment without struggle – sustenance, sweetness and care. For me, they represent the slow work of finding a home: within faith, within spirit and within myself in a new country.
Last night, I had a dream that I was trying to find my way through a maze. When I finally reached the end, I read the piece of paper in my hand which asked me to describe specific moments from my journey – where I turned, how I arrived, what I noticed along the way. I hadn’t taken the time to read the paper at any point during my journey, and now I couldn’t recall any of it. I realized that in my rush to reach the end, I had not been paying attention to the path itself.
I woke up with the sudden inspiration to create Milk and Honey at Home, without recognizing the significance of my dream.
Only after writing this post did I make the connection between my dream and my desire to create an archive of becoming – a record of learning, cooking, healing and growing. I look forward to one day reflecting on my conversion journey, the recipes and remedies I’ve gathered, and the person I become at the end of the maze.
A Little About Me
I am a Canadian woman in the process of conversion, learning how to build a kosher home while navigating spiritual transition, honoring my own traditions, healing, growing and doing what I love most: cooking.
What This Space is Not
This space is not about perfection, pressure or preaching. It is not about doing everything all at once or having all the answers.
It is about learning slowly and feeding the mind, body and spirit – reminders I often need myself.
If you are drawn to gentle nourishment, slow homemaking and honest growth – welcome.
This is Milk and Honey at Home.
This is the beginning.
